The developments in the sector of maintenance and repairs of the pressure parts of the systems, specifically exchangers and liquid heaters, required the study of particular operations to allow the replacements without having to intervene to change the complete system.
The specific technical experience of our operators has allowed the design and construction of a specific machine, which serves both to remove the old pipes from the plants, and to insert the new pipes into them.
The machine has been sized for pipes up to 25 meters long, being modular when necessary it can be adapted according to the length of the tubes to be replaced.
This type of intervention greatly reduces the execution times of the works and also the economic impact of the same.
